Weight Loss Benefits Need to Be Focused Upon Right Now

Weight loss benefits tend to be viewed in the long term as opposed to the short term. We know that if we were to lose weight we would feel slimmer sometime in the future; we would feel healthier and more full of energy. We would look better and be able to wear smaller sizes in clothes. But how do these weight loss benefits relate to us now, in this very moment?

Similarly we know that the long term effects of losing weight include a decreased likelihood of cancer, diabetes, asthma and so on. But how do we feel about these benefits of weight loss right now?

The answer of course is that we don't feel these health benefits now; they are as distant from our minds as our expectation of winning the lottery is at the time your ticket is purchased. And therefore these very real and proven future health benefits of weight loss do not provide motivation to lose weight. A thought which has no accompanying emotion has no effect. You have to FEEL the effect of those weight benefits NOW for them to become a motivating force in your quest to lose weight now.

This is why sometimes to lose weight very quickly at the beginning of a diet is a powerful motivating force and predictor of successful weight loss in the long term. Conversely, it can also explain why so many people fail to lose weight as slower weight loss can feel so slow that you do not notice any benefits at all. But the same weight loss programs or methods do not work for everyone. We are all unique and have to focus upon our individual weight loss benefits.

What can you do to bring those long term benefits forward in your mind and see and feel them more clearly right now? For example, if you are overweight and your excess weight is placing stress upon your bones and muscles, you might like to consciously place more awareness upon how your body feels; the simple act of connecting the real pain which you experience now with the knowledge of being overweight can trigger your motivation to lose weight right now. But to keep this motivational effect you have to remain aware of your levels of pain, and relief from pain, as you begin to lose weight. As you feel less pain, this immediate benefit serves to motivate you to keep on losing more weight.

For most of us however, we do not have this immediate feedback in terms of feeling less pain. We still need to experience immediate weight loss benefits to keep our motivation high. We can do this by utilizing our imaginations. You might wonder how this helps, but please bear with me whilst I explain the key role which visualization plays in successful weight loss programs.

When you dream you find yourself vividly imagining things and you experience an immediate emotional reaction, don't you? Night mares are of course the ultimate example of the immediate and intense emotional experience one has when events are vividly seen in your imagination. Eat Real Food to Lose Weight and Gain Health

If you want to lose weight or you want to be healthy you cannot put stuff in your mouth that is not good for you. The typical American diet is terrible and if you think it can sustain life for a long time, you are wrong. Think about what you eat. Is it of nutritive value? If not, don't eat it. Just about anything that has chemicals added to it, or that has been tampered with by large manufacturers machines that sits on the grocery store shelves and has a supposed lengthy shelf-life is not fit for human consumption. And should be considered toxic to your body.

Tell me, do you want to be healthy? Do you want to have a good quality of life where your mind is present and your body fit? Well, it isn't going to continue for long if you keep eating non-foods. So, get real here. Take charge of your life. It's nice to have convenient foods. It's wonderful to have a fabulous meal but if it is not healthy and nutritious fare, you are fooling yourself. Your body is dying as you eat. The added chemicals, preservatives, colorings, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, sugar and salt are poison. They take more vitamins and minerals to process in your body than they offer. They tax your liver, gall bladder, pancreas, intestines and lymph system much more than those organs have the capacity to endure. If you keep eating them you are going to deteriorate and be sick. That's a fact. Why do you think diabetes is on the rise, or auto-immune diseases? Why do you think the rate of fatness is outlandish? It correlates with the rise of processed foods and the impoverished soils that grow the original food.

People are fat for several reasons besides overeating and lack of exercise. One is that fat helps to minimize the stress of toxicity. Fat stores poisons that the liver, kidneys, etc. have become too fatigued to deal with. Second is that people are starving to death. Food without vitamins, minerals and the enzymes to digest them create a lack in the body, therefore, cravings are a sensible thing. The body needs these things. The body must have energy and can only get it through a decent diet. If you aren't eating real food, your body will want to keep eating until it gets what it needs. That's the way it is. The only way to get rid of unwanted weight and keep it off is to eat food in the most natural form possible.

Рост цен на недвижимость Китая замедляется

Рост цен на китайскую недвижимость в августе снова замедлился, учитывая четырех месячное охлаждения на рынке. Цены на недвижимость повысились на 9,3% в августе по сравнению с предыдущим годом, опустив ниже процентные пункты в июле 10,3% и более чем на 3% от апрельского уровня , который составил 12,8%.

В период между августом и июлем ежемесячные цены на недвижимость оставались неизменными.

Объем проданной недвижимости упал на 10% по сравнению с прошлым годом, также же, как и общая стоимость недвижимости, которая упала на 8.6 % до $52,2 миллиардов.

Замедление началось после того, как правительство Китая ввело ряд мер для предотвращения пузыря на рынке недвижимости.

Ряд мер включал в себя ограничения на форвардные продажи новых проектов и ограничения на ипотечные кредиты для покупки третьего дома, а также повышение авансовых платежей для второго дома.

Правительство Китая также попросила банки сделать стресс-тест для сценария, по которому цены на недвижимость упадут на 30%.

Natural Weight Loss, Easy Weight Loss... the List Goes on But What Really Gets You there?

I've always been a fan of hard work. Hard work has helped me achieve many things in my life, and there is no greater satisfaction than achieving a goal that was challenging. A feeling that cutting-corners can never bring.

These days we are bombarded with quick-fix messages from the media. Messages and scams that claim to bring easy weight loss, financial wealth, make us social butterflies, and achieve our dreams. Go out and buy the latest "ab machine" and before long you'll have abs like Jessica Simpson. Try the "Money Making Secret," and in no time you'll be cruising the Caribbean on your private yacht, sipping martinis. There's even some new pill out there that claims to turn you into "the life of the party" if you're a little bit shy.

People are willing to try anything to get results except for the one thing that always works-- good old-fashioned hard work. But it makes sense that we shy away from this because we can't seem to escape all of the tempting "miracle solutions." And they are so very convincing. You can't turn on the television these days without seeing a commercial for some pill that claims to relieve stress, cure depression, help you with women's issues and especially--help you to lose weight. And these commercials are so general that they apply to all of us and have us wondering hmmm..... maybe I am sad; maybe I am having trouble sleeping; maybe I could be a little more outgoing. Maybe this. Maybe that. But the ones that get me the most are those outrageous claims to weight-loss; the ones that claim that natural weight loss can be found in a pill.

I've come across countless people who pop diet pills like candy because they've "tried everything" but still can't find that easy weight loss solution. When I ask them if they tried exercising most will say, "exercise? Are you kidding? I hate exercising." And the truth always comes out with those who claim that they do exercise: there's just no consistency. Putting on the running sneakers once a month is not exactly the definition of "an exerciser."

Let's be honest for a moment here. Are we suckers? Are we really that naïve that we believe a "super pill" is going to lead to easy weight loss? Or are we just getting plain lazy? If we're not willing to "work" for something than it means we really don't want it bad enough. It's as simple as that. You're not going to lose 30 pounds or get rock-hard abs if you don't get on a treadmill or do sit-ups. That's the reality. And I can assure you; pills aren't going bring you natural weight loss.

This quick-fix world of ours is making our heads spin. We need to return to reality folks. We need to analyze what is really important to us and then work towards achieving it. In this life, there is no quick fix. Easy weight loss cannot be found in a bottle.

We all know that your diet motivation can quickly die after those first 3-4 weeks. The newness starts to wear off and you realize that this is a lot like work and it doesn't happen overnight. It takes time, sometimes months, sometimes years but your diet motivation will determine if you are eventually successful.

Your mindset is your most important tool. You must change the way you look at your diet and workouts if you are to stay motivated. Realize that this is a long term goal and that there are no quick fixes. Below are 5 valuable tips that will help keep your diet motivation.

1] Track your progress: Make sure you take a before and after picture. As you move along with your diet and workouts sometimes we can't see the progress day to day. I recommend taking a picture every 30 days. Also take measurements and update them as well every 30 days.

2] Don't be unrealistic: You can't reasonably expect to lose 50 pounds in 30 days. Health experts recommend only losing 2-3 pounds per week. So don't try to starve yourself to death with those fad diets. Remember your ultimate goal is to get healthier and that will take time. Start with a series of short term goals. For an example my goal was to lose 6 pounds each month.

3] Don't lose your focus: Keep your eye on the prize. If you are wanting to lose the weight because your reunion is coming up or you have a wedding to go to or whatever reason it may be, stay focused on that goal. Find pictures of when you were a certain weight and put them on your mirror or fridge. This will help with your diet motivation when you are tempted to give in.

4] Don't force yourself: What I mean by that is don't try to force down foods you don't like just because a diet plan says so. You must be able to stick to your diet plan and trust me if you are eating foods you don't like it's just a matter of time before you will start failing. Almost all diet plans have a variety of foods to choose from. Realize that this is going to be a life change so you must like the foods you will be eating.

5] Accountability: It's always a great idea to form a support group with others that are on the same journey. You can share your struggles and successes. You will be able to help motivate each other. This is key when you are starting to have doubts and feeling all alone. It's a great benefit to know that there are others going through the same thing and power comes with numbers.
